Since everyone's vision is different, you should have your vision checked by an optometrist who provides optometric vision therapy. You can find such a doctor by checking the College of Optometrists in Vision Development website and clicking on the Find A Doctor box. In particular, look for an optometrist who is a Fellow of COVD, that has FCOVD listed after his/her name.
